Before moving to another country or city, it is important to plan each stage carefully, including researching the cost of renting a home. Knowing the average prices will help you avoid unpleasant surprises and allow you to allocate your budget correctly. This is especially true for large cities, where the cost of housing in the centre is much higher than on the outskirts, and smaller cities, which offer more affordable accommodation options.

So, how much does it cost to rent an apartment in the most popular European countries among Ukrainians - we will tell you further in the article.

Housing prices in Europe

In Europe, the cost of renting an apartment varies significantly depending on the country, city, location and type of apartment. There are more budget-friendly countries where housing is more affordable, such as Moldova or Romania, as well as expensive regions such as the Netherlands or the UK. The difference in prices is due to many factors: the economic level of the country, the popularity of the city, proximity to the centre, the condition of the housing and even the demand among tenants. In big cities, renting is usually more expensive, while in smaller or peripheral regions, you can find accommodation at a much lower price.
