Allowed for all categories of persons.
All arrivals before arrival (72 hours in advance) must fill out an electronic form at the link: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/. After completing the application form, you will receive a QR code for entry.
Passengers arriving from or who in the past 14 days have been in Spain must have:
- a negative COVID-19 antigen or PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least two weeks before arrival.
This does not apply to passengers younger than 7 years.
Passengers arriving from or who in the past 14 days have been in Australia, Brazil, Congo (Dem. Rep.), India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Ireland (Rep.), Kuwait, Monaco, Senegal, South Africa, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Sweden, Syria, Thailand, Tunisia or United Kingdom must have:
- a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least three weeks before arrival.
This does not apply to passengers younger than 5 years.
