What documents are required to enter Hong Kong?
- Valid international passport (passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry)
- Return ticket or ticket for traveling to another country
- Confirmation of accommodation reservation
- Proof of sufficient financial resources
- Travel insurance policy

No transit visa is required.
Hong Kong customs regulations do not limit the import of foreign currency, and any amount is subject to a mandatory declaration. Importation of national currency is strictly prohibited.
You can import to Hong Kong duty-free:
- 1 liter of various alcoholic beverages;
- 200 cigarettes, or 50 cigars, or 250 grams of tobacco;
- 60 ml of perfume and 250 ml of eau de toilette;
- importation of personal belongings is allowed in the amount for personal use.
Prohibited:
- import of weapons (including gas canisters and stun guns);
- pornography on any media;
- poisonous substances
- counterfeit products;
- poisons and explosives.

Important! Drug-containing medicines, certain types of antibiotics and medicines, combustibles and explosives may be imported only with a special permit obtained in advance from the competent authorities of Hong Kong. It is forbidden to export valuable items and works of art without presenting a store receipt.
