USA aid to Ukraine: why Biden's fall in Colorado shook Ukrainian society
The United States is a strategically important partner of Ukraine, as its military and financial assistance is estimated at tens of billions of dollars. Find out why the events in Colorado made Ukrainians nervous and why Joe Biden's health is important for Ukraine
The graduation ceremony from the Air Force Academy in Colorado was the occasion for another loud discussion of USA President Joe Biden's health. However, according to the White House, he is fine and there is no reason to worry. Let's figure out together why Biden's fall provoked such a resonance among Ukrainian society.
Why is Biden's health important for Ukraine?
The USA presidential election in 2024 is an important event for Ukraine. After all, during the full-scale invasion, the state received an unprecedented amount of military, financial, diplomatic, and political assistance thanks to the current American president.
According to the White House, Joe Biden will run for a second term, but his main opponent in the election will be the previously convicted former USA President Donald Trump, who has repeatedly demonstrated special sympathy and inclination towards putin.
Earlier, we wrote about how Trump's return could change the course of the war in Ukraine and what position the former USA president has.
So, the concerns of Ukrainians are understandable, as the health of the current President of the United States of America is crucial to the aid to Ukraine. And the change of the head of the White House may push the Ukrainian issue to the background, and in some circumstances block the support as it is now.

F-16 aircraft: creation of a coalition and USA assistance in this matter
The creation of a fighter jet coalition has become one of the latest high-profile events at the international level. Back in February of this year, the White House, and Joe Biden in particular, categorically denied the possibility of transferring American aircraft to Ukraine.
Today, however, Ukrainian pilots have already begun training on NATO-type fighters, and America has assured European leaders that it will not prevent the re-export of F-16s to Ukraine. In addition, the United States has also established a training base for Ukrainian pilots on its territory.
As of early June, 8 countries have joined the coalition of aircraft:
● United Kingdom
● The Netherlands
● Poland
● Denmark
● Sweden;
● Belgium;
● Portugal;
● France.
The European Coalition of Fighter Jets for Ukraine is led by the Netherlands and Denmark.
It is also known that other fourth-generation aircraft will be transferred to protect the airspace, but no specific models of fighters were specified.
We remind you! The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has almost completely formed assault brigades for offensive operations. We explained why these units are being created and what tasks they will perform in our previous article.
