Every year, Numbeo compiles a list of the most criminal cities in Eastern Europe. This year, 4 Ukrainian cities made it into the top ten, and one of them topped the overall ranking. Find out which Ukrainian cities have become the most criminal and how the crime index is determined
Numbeo, a Serbian online database of consumer prices, real estate prices and quality of life indicators, annually ranks the world's most criminal cities. This year, four Ukrainian cities were included in the ranking, and one of them topped the list.
How is the city crime index determined?
The crime index is an assessment of the overall crime rate in a particular city. It is determined based on the data and opinions of online users. In particular, they evaluate their sense of safety in a particular city, as well as their level of concern about robbery, discrimination, assault, or harassment.
