Fish on Fire Restaurant: perhaps the most fishy restaurant in Ukraine

“Fish on Fire” is not a recipe, but a restaurant in Odesa that specializes in seafood dishes cooked on an open fire. Street foods in Kyiv: both want and need

“Soupkultura is a street food brand that has already become a national brand and entered foreign franchises. The cream soup in a bread edible “glass” has won over many people, so it definitely won't hurt to try it. There are several options for soups in bread to choose from: mushroom, lentil, cheese, and seasonal. The dish is completely edible and served without cutlery.

“Bistro Bistro” is an unusual, but, as they say, very tasty, hot dogs of the capital. Here they are served without ketchup and mayonnaise, but exclusively with the author's sauce, made on the basis of expensive varieties of Dorblu or Gorgonzola cheeses. And instead of the traditional hot dog filling, they put olives, mushrooms, basil, and other herbs. The buns are baked according to a special recipe, and the sausages are of the highest quality. There are 6 variants of hot dogs, as well as hummus, pates, forshmak.

Wine is the only thing

The Stary Pidval tasting room is a special winery in Ukraine, where dry vintage wines are made from historical grape varieties of the Berehovo wine region of Transcarpathia.
