How to get a job in the Netherlands?

If you have temporary protection status:

When you go through the procedure for obtaining temporary protection, the last step is an interview at the Migration Service. You need to register online and bring your passport to the interview. After the registration is completed, a representative of the migration service will stick a special sticker in your passport, which gives you permission to live and work in the Netherlands.

If you have received a work visa:

Upon arrival in the Netherlands, Ukrainians must obtain a work permit. The relevant document contains information on the terms and conditions of work in the country. Persons wishing to work in the Netherlands as employees must obtain a combined work permit (GVVA).

You or your employer can apply for a work visa at the Dutch embassy or consulate in the employee's country of origin.

The time for obtaining a work visa varies from several weeks to a month. After the expiry of the work visa, it can be extended if you meet the conditions set out in Dutch law.
