The Government of Ukraine has expanded the list of services that citizens can receive from executive authorities and ASCs (administrative service centres). Here's a look at what documents can now be issued at these bodies.

What services will be available at the ASCs?

‘Today, on 31 December, a draft order was adopted that provides for changes to the list of administrative services provided by executive authorities and ASCs,’ the statement said.

The draft order proposes to amend the list of administrative services provided by executive authorities and services provided by local governments in the exercise of delegated powers, which are mandatory for the provision of the administrative service ‘Simultaneous issuance (including replacement of a lost or stolen) of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine and a passport/passports of a citizen of Ukraine for travelling abroad’ through the CAAO.

‘The implementation of this act will provide citizens with greater opportunities to choose an institution where they can simultaneously issue an internal passport of a citizen of Ukraine and a passport for travelling abroad,’ the Cabinet of Ministers said.
