WARNING! 
From the end of November to the end of March, in case of unfavorable weather conditions (ice, heavy snowfall, poor visibility, etc.), the tour to Lake Synevyr can be changed to a visit to a deer farm and a ride on the cable car in Mizhhirya.


Tour program:


Day 1

Departure from Lviv (09:00) / from Stryi (10:00) - Karpaty sanatorium (tour of Schönborn Palace) - Mukachevo (tour of the castle and lunch) - Beregovo (swimming in the thermal pool or a walk around the city) - Beregovo district (dinner and overnight stay in rural tourism estates, check-in at 21:00).


Day 2

Breakfast and departure (08:00) - Uzhhorod (city tour, castle and lunch) - Lumshory (bathing in vats) - Beregovo volcanic lowlands (wine tasting) - return to the estate at 21:30.


Day 3

Breakfast and departure (08:00) - Vynohradiv (cheese tasting) - Synevyr Pass (photography and viewing of the Carpathian panoramas) - Lake Synevyr (tour and dinner) - Stryi (20:00) / Lviv (return at 21:00).

Meals: Lunch on the 1st day - takes place in Mukachevo. Menu: cabbage salad, beans, torgonya (homemade pasta of special preparation) with cones, compote, dessert, bread. The cost is 120 UAH per person. Dinner on the 1st day takes place in rural tourism estates. Menu: tashkot-levesh, Magyar cabbage rolls, sweets, wine/palina, compote. The cost is 130 UAH/person. Breakfast on the 2nd day - takes place in rural tourism estates, the menu includes sausage, cheese, bundashkienie (similar to croutons), butter, bread, coffee/tea. The cost is 80 UAH/person. Lunch on the 2nd day takes place in Uzhhorod. Menu: Carpathian hodgepodge, rice with pork goulash, Polonynsky salad, bread, Carpathian tea. The cost is 120 UAH per person. Dinner on the 2nd day - takes place in rural tourism estates. Menu: bograch goulash, torgonya with gravy, Hungarian sweets and wine. The cost is 130 UAH/person. Breakfast on the 3rd day is served in rural tourism estates: usual, European (scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage, butter, bread, coffee/tea). The cost is 80 UAH per person. Lunch on the 3rd day is held on the Synevyr in a kolyba. Menu: fresh cabbage salad, mushroom soup, mashed potatoes with meat in the Polonynska style, bread, compote. The price is 130 UAH per person.

Sanatorium "Karpaty"

One of the most beautiful and romantic palaces in the country is located among the picturesque Carpathian Mountains, as if the hunting palace of the Schönborn Counts (1890) invites you to a fairy tale. It looks at you through 365 windows, invites you through 12 entrances to 52 rooms. The palace is surrounded by a beautiful park with many exotic plants.

Mukachevo

No matter where you approach Mukachevo from, dozens of kilometers away, on a lonely, sharp hill, like a magnet, you are attracted to the Mukachevo Castle "Palanok" (XIV century), shrouded in legends and military glory. This remarkable military-architectural monument of the Middle Ages was built to protect and control trade and military routes. Some sources claim that already in the 9th-10th centuries. There was a small fortification on the mountain, built to protect the borders of Kievan Rus beyond the Carpathians. The Russian prince Fyodor Koryatovych built the castle and turned it into his residence. The castle walls remember their defender Ilona Zrini, who showed miracles of courage and heroism while defending the castle. In addition to the powerful castle, Mukachevo has a lot of interesting things: the chapel of St. Martyna (XIV century), Mykolaiv women's monastery on Chernechaya Hill (XVIII century), Rakotsi Palace (1663) and the beautiful green town hall (1903).

Berehovo

The former "Beregsas" has long been known for its architectural monuments, but most tourists come here for treatment, pleasure and relaxation. After all, it is here that the modern health resort "Zhaivoronok" is located, which is famous for its pools with unique thermal water (temperature 31-45 C). All year round, guests of the complex can be treated and relax in outdoor and indoor pools with natural mineral water that rises directly from thermal wells more than 1 km deep.

Berehiv Volcanic Lowland

The surroundings of Berehova have long been famous throughout the world for their wines, which have a wonderful aroma and a great wealth of taste properties. This is thanks to the volcanic rocks on which the grapes grow and the energy of the sun, because this is where the most sunny days are in Transcarpathia.

Uzhhorod

The first mention of this eternal border town on the Uzh River dates back to 872, it will charm even the most demanding tourist with its charm and color. Take a walk along the historic street of the city - Korzo, be sure to visit the most famous church of the city, the Cathedral of the Ascension of the Holy Cross (1841), the Roman Catholic Church of St. George (1775), see one of the oldest castles in Ukraine (14th century), the Transcarpathian Museum of Folk Architecture and Life (open-air museum) and be sure to visit the cult inn "Children of the Notary".

Lumshors

At the foot of the largest polony of the Ukrainian Carpathians, the Runa polony, is the Lumshory balneological resort, which has been known since the 17th century. In it, nature of heavenly beauty and elements of hell are closely intertwined - huge metal vats in which you will be boiled over a slow fire in mineral hydrogen sulfide water. For greater pleasure, you can alternate "cooking" in a tank and bathing in cold water. Such rest, in addition to unforgettable impressions, leads to the recovery of the musculoskeletal system and rejuvenates the body by ten years.

Vinohradiv

The Carpathian buffalo farm is located not far from Vyrodiv's Black Mountain, where local enthusiasts are trying to save the northernmost buffalo population in the world. Currently, there are more than 30 Carpathian buffaloes on the farm, which you can observe, as well as taste and buy different varieties of buffalo and sheep cheese.

Synevyr Pass

One of the most picturesque passes of the Ukrainian Carpathians, it is 793 meters high and offers wonderful panoramas of the surrounding mountain ranges.

Synevir

The business card of the Ukrainian Carpathians is the incomparably beautiful Lake Synevyr, known popularly as the "Eye of the Sea", it beckons with picturesque mountain landscapes and crystal clear water, in which noble trout have long been found. The lake was formed approximately 10,000 years ago at an altitude of 989 meters and has a maximum depth of 22 meters.
