Srednyany wine cellars are among the oldest in Europe, their total length is more than 4.5 km. They were cut down as early as 1557 by captured Turks in solid rock - tuff. Currently, the cellars are completely owned by the Srednyanskyi Winery, which at one time repeatedly won prizes at international competitions. The most famous vintage wines of the plant are "Rose of Transcarpathia", "Pearl of the Carpathians", "Serednianske", "Promeniste" and others. Today, you can visit the historical cellars themselves, and taste some of the products in them. - Visiting the Holy Intercession Men's Monastery, getting to know the monastery, Christian shrines, the monastery's farm and the cheeses produced here using Italian technologies. - Dinner. - Visiting a gypsy settlement. Acquaintance with his life and traditions, economy, priorities and philosophy of the settlers. - Return to Uzhhorod.
