An eco-excursion in Transcarpathia is a unique and unforgettable trip, during which you will be able to see the traces of the Templar order and hear the secret of the ruined castle; to visit the 460-year-old "home" of wine and taste its best samples; get to know the monastery life and taste natural Italian cheeses in the monastery; get to know the gypsy settlements in the mountains of Zakarpattia and its unusual inhabitants.
An eco-excursion to unusual places in Zakarattia takes about 7 hours. Bus journeys take an average of 20 minutes. 4 locations are visited: 460-year-old wine cellars – Templar castle – monastery cheese factory – gypsy settlement. Some of them are located in the foothills of the Carpathians, the other part is located in the Middle Danube lowland.

- Departure from Uzhhorod. - An overview of the ruins of one of the most mysterious castles of Ukraine (XI-XVI centuries) - the castle of the Templars. Secrets of the fortress and its former inhabitants. – Visiting legendary historical wine cellars. The most interesting excursion and tasting of vintage wines. Srednyany wine cellars are among the oldest in Europe, their total length is more than 4.5 km. They were cut down as early as 1557 by captured Turks in solid rock - tuff. Currently, the cellars are completely owned by the Srednyanskyi Winery, which at one time repeatedly won prizes at international competitions. The most famous vintage wines of the plant are "Rose of Transcarpathia", "Pearl of the Carpathians", "Serednianske", "Promeniste" and others. Today, you can visit the historical cellars themselves, and taste some of the products in them. - Visiting the Holy Intercession Men's Monastery, getting to know the monastery, Christian shrines, the monastery's farm and the cheeses produced here using Italian technologies. - Dinner. - Visiting a gypsy settlement. Acquaintance with his life and traditions, economy, priorities and philosophy of the settlers. - Return to Uzhhorod.
