What to do if a passport is lost: registration centers in Ukraine
If you are in Ukraine and your internal or foreign passport is lost or you do not have it with you, you can use the following options:
📲 You can use passports in Diia app - ID-card or foreign one. They have the same legal force as ordinary ones. Digital passports can be shown at checkpoints and police. And they can even be used to cross the border in Poland and Moldova.
🙋🏻♂️ In the Centers of Administrative Services, you can get an ID card and a passport and recover lost documents.

The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
