DETAILS

Autumn this year is warm enough and gives us a chance to fully feel the last rays of the sun. In our opinion, not taking advantage of the opportunity to travel with family or a friendly company is simply unacceptable. We offer a selection of the best places in Ukraine that are currently relatively calm and safe. It is during walks in these places that you will be able to relax and take a break from the present for a few hours, or even days.

Firstly, we advise you to visit "Feofania" Park in Kyiv. This is a wonderful historical garden and park area on the territory of Holosiiv district of the capital. Here, you don't feel the hustle and bustle of the metropolis at all, although the park is located within the city limits.

Today, "Feofania" is the most popular vacation spot for Kyiv residents and guests of the capital. It fascinates with its beauty. Especially in autumn, when the colors of nature delight tourists with their bright colors.

Walking through the park, wherever you are, it is difficult not to notice the temple that rises on the hill. The majestic Panteleimon Cathedral captures the gaze of passers-by with its rich decoration.

In addition, there is a bicycle rental office at the entrance to the park. Here you can rent a bicycle and, riding along well-maintained paths, explore "Feofania" from all sides.

For lovers of calm and measured rest, we advise you to take a walk through the cozy streets of Ivano-Frankivsk.

As you know, Ivano-Frankivsk is a mysterious city where everyone will find something for their soul. The city is considered the economic and cultural center of Prykarpattia. During the walk, you will get to know the history of Ivano-Frankivsk, see the sights, discover many amazing facts and legends about local residents.

It is interesting, but while walking around the city, you will often come across the names "Stanislav" or "Stanislavov". The thing is that this is the old name of the city, which it bore since 1662. The city received a new name in honor of Ivan Franko in 1962 in honor of its 300th anniversary.

And if we have already talked about history, we advise you to dive into the fabulous past and visit the castles of the Lviv region.

The whole complex of castles can be seen by going on a tour of the Golden Horseshoe in the Lviv region. Oleskyi, Pidhoretskyi and Zolochivskyi castles are located on its territory. This is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the unforgettable atmosphere of ancient architecture.

As you know, the Olesky Castle is one of the oldest - it was built in the 16th century. Now here, in addition to the stone walls, you can see the expositions of the Lviv Art Gallery and the interior of the Baroque style.

Pidgoretsky Castle is mostly known for the fact that it was here that the scenes of the Soviet film "D'Artagnan and the Three Musketeers" were shot. And in Zolochivskyi there is a huge collection of paintings, weapons and other interior details.

We also recommend visiting the city built on the peninsula - Kamianets-Podilskyi. This city has especially preserved the spirit of the Middle Ages, while rapidly developing its tourist potential.

Kamenets is the pearl of Podillia, but its main highlight is, of course, the fortress. During the excursion, you will learn a lot of interesting facts and legends, walk along the unforgettable suspension bridge across the Smotrytsky Canyon and visit architectural monuments.

For recreation with the purpose of recovery and complete relaxation, we advise you to visit the vats in the Carpathians!

Carpathian vats are cast-iron cauldrons, health baths, in which you can take all year round. Commonly, they are called "Carpathian jacuzzis". This popular spa procedure is one of the most popular in the Carpathians.

The water in the tanks is heated to a temperature of +40 +45 degrees Celsius. A real fire is lit under the cauldron. So that a person does not get burned, flat river stones are placed on the bottom.

The water used to fill the tank can be different - mineral, hydrogen sulfide. Decoction of medicinal plants collected in the meadows of the Carpathians and various aromatic oils are also added to it. Hot baths relax a person, help strengthen the body, calm the nerves, eliminate insomnia, treat skin diseases and prevent rheumatism.

For lovers of active recreation, we have also prepared an interesting offer! We invite you to visit the unique gypsum caves hidden under the lands of Ukraine. The longest gypsum cave in the world is located very close by - in the Ternopil region.

It is here that you will have a chance to see treasures - gypsum crystals of different shapes and colors. These are secondary mineral formations that have grown in underground cavities for tens of thousands of years. Clusters of small white gypsum crystals look very beautiful against the dark brown walls of the cave. In the light of lanterns, all this sparkles, changes, shimmers. Unforgettable feelings!

Lovers of myths and mysteries are advised to visit a rather mysterious place - Bakota.

Bakota is located 50 kilometers from Kamianets-Podilskyi on the territory of the National Nature Park "Podilsky Tovtry".

Bakota was once a full-fledged village, but it has long since disappeared from the map: the village was flooded due to the construction of the Dniester hydroelectric plant. In general, the history of the area is very dramatic.

Meteorologists note that a unique microclimate is observed in the Bakota region. Rocks and trees protect the river bank from the winds. Tourists come here primarily for the amazing natural beauty.

Finally, we recommend a leisurely stroll through the streets of Chernivtsi. After all, there is a special charm in the slow charm of this city. This is where you will want to surround yourself with elegance and beauty.

And what, if not the architecture of the ancient city, will help to absorb the poetry of an autumn day? The splendor of the most beautiful university of Ukraine, which dazzles, the elegance of the lines of the aristocratic houses, the elegance of the amazing theater. Traveling through the cozy streets of the city, you will understand that Chernivtsi is as if created for autumn walks.
