What documents are required for entry?
To enter Azerbaijan, Ukrainians need a biometric or regular passport valid for the entire period of your stay in Azerbaijan (some airline and travel companies require a passport valid for more than 90 days from the date of your departure from Azerbaijan) and insurance.
Do I need a Green Card to travel by car to Azerbaijan now?
Yes, a Green Card is required for everyone who travels abroad by car, including refugees.
A Green Card is a necessary insurance for traveling by car outside Ukraine for a safe trip.
Do I need insurance to travel to Azerbaijan?
All Ukrainians are required to have health insurance to enter the country for tourist purposes. Refugees are not required to have insurance at the border, but we strongly recommend that you get it for the first 90 days.
Crossing the border with pets
To import pets into the territory of Azerbaijan from other countries, an International Veterinary Passport with rabies vaccination is required (at least 30 days before entry and a maximum of 1 year after vaccination).
