Electronic visa to Singapore for Ukrainians
Citizens of Ukraine can apply for an electronic visa to Singapore online. This visa allows for a 30-day stay in the country.
How to apply for an e-Visa to Singapore?
Step 1. You cannot apply for a visa to Singapore on your own. You need to find an authorized visa agent, strategic partner, or local contact in Singapore to apply for a visa to Singapore.
Authorized visa agents and strategic partners are travel agencies that have been authorized by the Singapore government to apply for visas. They can apply on your behalf through SAVE (Singapore Electronic Application for Visa) available on the ICA (Immigration and Checkpoints Authority) website. For information on how to contact a strategic partner, please contact your nearest Singapore representative office. Alocal contact in Singapore is a person you know and trust in Singapore (citizen or permanent resident) who is authorized to register for SingPass and apply on your behalf. They must be at least 21 years old.

Step 2. Gather the necessary documents.
To apply for an entry visa, you will need the following documents:
- Duly completed Form 14A (PDF, 202KB) signed by you. Your visa application will be processed based on the information provided in this form. The ICA may ask you to submit an additional form.
- Your most recent passport-size color photograph taken within the last three months. Please refer to the photo requirements in the Photo Guidelines.
- A photocopy of your passport's biographical data page (valid for at least six months from the date of your entry into Singapore)
Step 3. Send all the required documents and information to an accredited agent. They will register you in the eVisa system and submit your application on your behalf.
Step 4. Pay the visa application fee (usually around S$30-35, but the cost may vary depending on the agent).
Step 5. After successful processing of the application, you will receive an approval letter by email. The visa will be issued electronically. Print the visa as you will need it when entering Singapore.

When entering Singapore, special attention is paid to whether the stated purpose of the trip corresponds to the actual documents — accommodation reservations, itinerary, return tickets, and the stated length of stay. Any discrepancies may be grounds for additional checks.
To avoid misunderstandings and correctly prepare a package of documents in accordance with the purpose of the visit, it is worth consulting with a lawyer in advance.
Upon arrival in Singapore, you will need to present the following documents to the ICA officer at the immigration counter:
- Visa confirmation;
- Your travel documents;
- SG Arrival Card (downloadable in PDF format) OR a confirmation letter (in print or electronic form) that will be sent to your email address after submitting the declaration.
To travel to Singapore, please prepare the following documents:
1. SG Arrival Card (download in PDF format) OR a confirmation letter (in printed or electronic form), which will be sent to your email address after submitting the declaration.
2. Confirmed visa
3. Your passport/travel document (valid for at least 6 months)
4. A photocopy of the booked airline ticket or travel itinerary
5. Travel insurance policy
In practice, when entering Singapore, tourists without medical insurance may be asked more detailed questions about the financial security of their trip and their willingness to cover possible medical expenses. The absence of a policy sometimes becomes a reason for additional questions during border control.
How much money do you need to cross the border?
Singapore does not set a minimum amount of funds for entry, but tourists are usually advised to have between SGD 100 and SGD 150 per day, depending on their travel plans. Cash, traveler's checks, or other payment instruments worth SGD 20,000 (≈ USD 15,000) or equivalent must be declared upon entry.
If your foreign passport is about to expire
Starting October 29, 2025, Ukraine will no longer have a rule that allowed people to extend the validity of their foreign passports or add their children to them.
Now, you can only travel abroad with a valid biometric passport.
This means that if your passport has been extended or information about your children has been added to it, you will need to obtain a new document.
Where to apply for a new passport
- In Ukraine — at any branch of the State Migration Service, at the Administrative Services Center, or at a branch of the State Enterprise “Document.”
- Abroad — at the embassy or consulate of Ukraine, as well as at branches of the State Enterprise “Document” if they operate in your country.
If you are abroad with an “extended” passport
If you are not allowed to leave the country or are not accepted upon entry into Ukraine because of an “extended” document, contact the nearest Ukrainian embassy or consulate.
There you can obtain an identity card for returning to Ukraine — the so-called “white passport”.
It is issued on the day of application:
- free of charge — for children under 16;
- for a consular fee — for adults.
