What is the procedure for obtaining a visa to Tunisia?
- Fill out the application form in block letters with a black pen (forms can be obtained free of charge from the visa department or downloaded from the embassy's website).
- Prepare the necessary documents.
- All documents must be submitted in person or sent by mail to the consular section at least two weeks before the planned date of travel. The request must be accompanied by a pre-paid envelope for returning the passport by express mail.

Possibility to extend short-term stays and visas for Ukrainian citizens
You should contact the police department at your place of residence/stay in Tunisia.
In case of exceeding the period of legal stay in Tunisia, a fine (20 Tunisian dinars per week of illegal stay) must be paid when leaving the country.
What documents are required for entry?

Temporary transit is allowed
There are restrictions on the import of certain goods into Tunisia.
Visitors may bring the following products with them if they meet the established restrictions:
- Tobacco products: 200 cigarettes, 100 cigarillos, 50 cigars, 500 grams of rolling tobacco;
- Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters up to 25% alcohol content; 1 liter above 25% alcohol content;
- Travelers arriving in Tunisia must declare foreign currency in the amount equivalent to 5000 Tunisian dinars (TND).
