How the new service works, what options will be available after authorization, and how to register quickly are described below.

How to plan trips with Visit Ukraine?

By registering in the system, you will get quick access to all the necessary products and information. How does it work?

Section: Personal data - simplified shopping mode

Your personal account will store your personal information, such as your last name, first name, passport details, date of birth, citizenship, email address, and phone number. Thanks to this, you will not have to re-enter these data when registering for services or purchasing products on the portal. The system will automatically fill them in for you, which will significantly speed up the booking or purchase process.

Also in this section, you will get instant access to the Help Center - in just one click, you can contact technical support or find answers to frequently asked questions.

Section: Favorites - save important information and products

Your personal account allows you to create your own collections of articles that are important to you. If you are planning a move or a trip, for example, to Europe, you can save useful articles about visa requirements, job opportunities, or important tips for migrants.

Adding articles to your Favorites section is easy! Just click on the “heart” icon in the upper right corner of the page of the article you want to save. At any time, you can remove an article from this list if it is no longer relevant.

In addition to articles, you can also add your favorite tours, insurance, consultations, or other services to this section.

Section: Order list - manage your purchases

In the Order List section you will find information about all your purchases on Visit Ukraine. For example, if you purchased travel insurance, you will see its name, validity period, and other details.

In addition, we have provided the function of downloading documents, including insurance policies, which will allow you to get the necessary files in just a few seconds, instead of searching for them among numerous emails in your inbox. Just click the “Download Policy” button to save it to your gadget.

Section: Notifications - keep everything under control

Here you will be able to view all the necessary information about the validity periods of policies or tours. Also, our system will remind you when it's time to renew your insurance or plan your next vacation :)

How to register in the Visit Ukraine personal account?

The registration process is simple and fast. To do this, you need to:

1. Click on the personal account icon in the upper right corner of the page.

2. Fill out the registration form, indicating your last name, first name (as in your passport to simplify subsequent purchases), current email address and phone number.

3. Create a password and agree to the terms of use.

After that, a verification code will be sent to your email address, which you must enter to complete the registration.

Please note! Automatic registration is available on the website. So, if you purchase any product, the registration will be automatic. After the purchase, you will be sent a login (email address) and password to the specified email address.
