How to apply for an e-Visa to Cambodia?
Here are the step-by-step instructions for filling out the eVisa application:
- To start applying for an eVisa, you will need to fill out an online application form with your name, date of birth, address, phone number, travel dates, and passport details.
- You need to pay the processing fee with a valid debit/credit card to submit your eVisa application. You need to pay $37 to enter.
- Before submitting your application, you will have the opportunity to review the information you have entered in the form to make sure it is accurate.
- You will receive your visa by email within 3 business days after submitting your application.
- You are required to take a printed copy of the eVisa with you when traveling to present to the immigration officer at the checkpoint.

Visa on arrival in Cambodia
This visa allows you to stay in Cambodia for 30 days.
What is the procedure for applying for a visa to Cambodia upon arrival?
1. You need to get a VOA application form and fill it out in English.
2. Submit the completed application form along with your travel document, one photo, travel medical insurance, return airline ticket, and proof of accommodation in Cambodia (hotel reservation, etc.) to an immigration officer.
3. Pay the required visa fee
4. After that, the border guard officer checks the documents and the absence of prohibitions on entering Cambodia, stamps the stamp, marks the border crossing and allows you to enter the country.
5. Once you have received the entry stamp, you can enter Cambodia and stay for the duration of your visa.
What documents are required to travel to Cambodia?
- A passport that must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Cambodia
- A printed e-visa
- A completed Cambodia e-Arrival card
- A travel insurance policy
- Flight itinerary
- Hotel reservation confirmation
- Proof of sufficient funds for travel
- $30 in cash if you choose a visa on arrival in Cambodia
- Two 4 x 6 cm (color) photos for a visa on arrival
Important!
All persons entering Cambodia must complete an electronic arrival card (Cambodia e-Arrival) within 7 days prior to their arrival (during the last seven days before entry).
There are two ways to complete the e-Arrival:
1. on the official government website
2. via the Cambodia e-Arrival mobile app (available on the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery)
The system is currently available for travelers arriving by air at Phnom Penh and Siem Reap airports. Those entering via land border crossings or by sea still use paper forms.
If you did not have time to complete the e-Arrival form in advance, tablets are available at Phnom Penh and Siem Reap airports to fill out the form on the spot.
