How can foreign students enter Ukrainian universities during the war?

Despite Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine, Ukrainian universities continue to organize training for foreigners and invite applicants from other countries to universities in our state. In particular, Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhiy Shkarlet informed that since May 1, 2022, more than 100 study invitations for foreigners have been registered.
To become a student of an educational institution in Ukraine, you need to take five steps:
✅ Foreigners wishing to study at Ukrainian universities should apply to a higher education institution for an invitation. This year, education for foreigners in educational institutions of Ukraine is carried out full-time and / or remotely. For both face-to-face and distance entry, you must receive an invitation to study. The invitation is valid for 1 year. The list of universities can be found on the website.
✅ Pay for a set of information and consulting support services of the state enterprise authorized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on the website.
✅ Apply for a visa to the Embassy of Ukraine abroad https://mfa.gov.ua/en/consular-affairs. A visa is also required for remote entry.
✅ Pass the entrance exams, in particular remotely in your country.
✅ Start learning.
To answer questions, the Ukrainian State Center for International Education has set up a special hotline for foreign students.
