2. Record the damage in a photo or video and keep the property in its original condition until the arrival of the insurance representative;

3. Agree on the time of the property inspection with a specialist, and upon his arrival, draw up a damage inspection report together;

4. Submit to the insurance company a statement of the insured event, attaching supporting documents from the police, the State Emergency Service or other relevant authorities;

5. After verification of the submitted data, receive the insurance indemnity.
