Business visa category M
Entrepreneurs who plan to periodically come to China for business purposes need a business visa to China - this is a category "M" visa. Such a visa allows you to visit wholesale markets, buy equipment and goods in bulk, sign contracts, etc.
Business visa to China: features of selection and registration.
Depending on how often you plan to cross the Chinese border, choose a single-entry, double-entry or multi-entry visa to China. For those who are just starting to run their business, experts recommend applying for a single- or double-entry visa.
Multivisa is the best option for experienced travelers with an established business, those who fly to the country regularly.
Types of visas:
- One-time: Corridor in 3 months for the period of stay - 30/45/60 days;
- Two-time: Corridor in 6 months for the period of stay - 2 times for 30/45/60 days.
Required documents for a single- and double-entry business visa to China:
- Invitation from a Chinese company;
- Foreign passport - must be valid for at least 6 months after returning from the planned trip to China, and also have at least one blank page;
- 1 color photo (3.5x4.5) on a white background (preferably in electronic form);
- A copy of the internal passport (all pages!);
- The applicant's questionnaire with all filled-in data;
- The original certificate from the place of work indicating the amount of salary for the last 6 months;
- For private entrepreneurs: photocopy of the registration certificate;
- Copy of all pages of the second valid foreign passport;
- Medical insurance (only for tourists over the age of 60);
- Proof that you have one passport. It is needed if:
- you have one valid passport;
- you had a previous foreign passport, but you surrendered/lost it and you have no copies left.
Importantly! Mandatory requirement for multi-visa: having at least 2 previously used business visas.
Duration of business multi-visa:
- Corridor 6 months, stay 30 – 60 days;
- Corridor 12 months, stay up to 30 days;
- Corridor 12 months, stay up to 60 days.

Business multivisa category M.
One of the most important conditions for issuing a category "M" visa to China is the presence of a challenge from the Chinese side - the company with which you plan to cooperate. The invitation is drawn up on a special form and certified by the municipal commercial Chinese bureau.
The invitation must include the following information:
- information about the Chinese company: name, contact details, signature and stamp;
- your data: name, address, date of birth, address and telephone number;
- information about the purpose of the trip, the reason for the invitation;
- destination city, date of arrival and departure, places you plan to visit during your stay in China.
Importantly! The Chinese company issuing the invitation must have a business license.
