As a result of the start of a full-scale war by the Russian Federation on the territory of our country, Ukraine has become one of the top most dangerous countries in the world in 2022 according to the Global Risk Assessment. This is evidenced by the data of the Global Guardian annual rating.
According to the security rating scale, Ukraine received from the analysts the "burgundy" color, which corresponds to the "extreme" status.
Such a position indicates that experts do not recommend visiting such countries, because there are hostilities on their territory or an uncontrollably high level of crime is recorded. Both are very dangerous for life. So experts recommend refraining from visiting such countries.
In addition, Ukraine was additionally labeled as a country with "geopolitical risks", on the territory of which cold, warm or hot conflicts are ongoing.
Last year, security in Ukraine was at an average level.
Today, Ukraine shares the TOP of the most dangerous countries along with the following countries: Libya, CAR, Yemen, Somalia, Burkina Faso, Syria and Afghanistan. Active military conflicts are currently ongoing on the territory of these states, and there is a great risk of the situation changing for the worse.
At the same time, the aggressor country Russia entered the rating with an "orange" color. This is an average level of danger without geopolitical risks.
