Another tactic is that fraudsters buy tickets in advance, issuing them in fictitious names. When they receive the order, the scammers change the names on the tickets to the real names of the passengers. These tickets become available to everyone, and passengers do not have to overpay "unfortunate entrepreneurs" for their purchase.
