HELP

Opening a bank account in the Netherlands will make it easier for you to solve various issues and help you to participate in everyday life. In addition, a local bank account means that local authorities will be able to transfer funds to you more easily and conveniently. After opening a bank account, you can tell the city your bank account number (IBAN) to get your accommodation allowance.

Banks are obliged to verify your data and identity cards. In some cases, this can cause delays before the account is assigned to you and ready to use.
