How can I send copies of documents via Diia?
The sharing service works only if the service is activated by a company or government agency. In order to send copies of documents, the institution must send the user a request.
Thus, the user must log in to Diia and open the required electronic document. After the request is generated, the user will see a message on their screen, which must be confirmed with an electronic signature.
The Diia portal emphasizes that the received request must be carefully checked and only then confirm the data transfer. After signing, the service will automatically generate a digital copy of the document and transfer it to the requestor's system.
However, each copy is a one-time use and can be submitted only with the user's personal consent. Each such document will indicate the date and time, as well as to whom the copies were sent.
We remind you! The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has voted in the first reading for the draft law that will allow customs clearance of cars in Diia. Read what the new rules provide for and when the service will become available in our previous article.
