New procedure for military registration abroad
According to the draft resolution No. 560 developed by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists who have been outside Ukraine for more than three months will now be able to register through foreign diplomatic missions. This means that from now on, such persons do not need to personally visit the district territorial center for recruitment and social support in Ukraine.
At the same time, the requirement to submit a conclusion of the medical advisory commission on the need for constant care for persons with group II disabilities has been excluded from the list of documents confirming the right to defer conscription for Ukrainians abroad. The Ministry of Defense's website states that this innovation will help avoid unnecessary bureaucracy and facilitate the procedure for obtaining a deferment.

Changes to the procedure for providing information on administrative offenses
The new rules also provide for a change in the procedure for providing information on administrative offenses of conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists. From now on, this data will be sent by district (city) territorial centers of recruitment and social support to the police in electronic form, which will speed up and facilitate the processing of information.
