The EU Mission to Ukraine announces the launch by the European Commission of a special Ukrainian hotline to provide information and assistance to Ukrainians fleeing Russian aggression.
💻 Using its Europe Direct Contact Center (EDCC), the European Commission has been providing information and answers to written questions in Ukrainian since the end of March.
📞 Now this service is also available by phone. By calling the hotline, Ukrainians fleeing the war can get a wide range of practical and useful information and answers to questions about the conditions of entry and travel to the EU, access to rights and opportunities such as education, work or health care.
📞You can contact the hotline in Ukrainian within the EU at 00 800 6 7 8 9 10 11 (the service is provided free of charge), as well as from outside the EU at +32 22 99 96 96 (standard international tariffs apply) .
The hotline is also available in the official languages of the EU and Russian. Additionally, there is a free callback service. More information is available on the EDCC website 👉 https://european-union.europa.eu/contact-eu_en
