Key landmarks

1

Obroshino

Ancient Obroshino charms with the Rococo palace complex of the Roman Catholic archbishop (1730), which is located in the middle of an arboretum with exotic trees. Children and adults are also attracted by the cozy hornbeam alley that leads to a small zoo, which is mainly inhabited by spotted deer. Also interesting is the church of St. Dmitriy (1914), built according to the project of two well-known architects Oleksandr Lushpinskyi and Tadeusz Obminskyi.

2

Pustomyty

Few people know that the town was a famous balneological resort in the past. A two-story classicist palace (beginning of the 19th century), located in a landscaped park, remains of the past luxury. Not far from the park, a spring with curative hydrogen sulfide water gushes out from under the ground, which can be drawn by anyone who wants to.

3

Tulygolovo

Away from people and in the middle of a large park is the magnificent Neo-Renaissance Baliv Palace (1899). The building is richly decorated, has a different appearance from all sides, and outbuildings, stables and other auxiliary premises have been preserved near it, which together form a single complex.

4

Veliky Lyubin

The balneological resort attracts tourists with the well-restored palace of Baron Brunytskyi (1845). This is one of the most beautiful manor palaces in the Lviv region, which was built in a neo-baroque style, rich in external decoration and surrounded by a park (19th century) according to the French model.

5

Vyshny

In the suburbs of Rudok, Vyshny, you will find the large neo-Renaissance Fredry Palace (1835), which belonged to the brilliant Polish comedian Oleksandr Fredr, the grandfather of Andrey Sheptytskyi, Metropolitan of the UGCC. Around the palace there is a wonderful park (XVIII century), which has 300 types of trees, and its decoration is the avenues of hundred-year-old linden and chestnut trees. If you are lucky, you can see a unique oak-hornbeam tree, each branch of which has hornbeam and oak leaves.

6

Milchitsi

An extremely atmospheric place, which was created by dentist Ihor Reva and pianist Solomiya Bratakh, who decided to move from the city bustle of Lviv closer to nature. In the picturesque village of Mylchitsy, they restored an old Austrian school and founded the "Pumpkin Paradise" cheese factory in it. The assortment of the establishment includes ten types of author's cheeses, as well as jams, syrups and sauces of local production, which are cooked without the use of any chemical additives. The happy hosts will be happy to show and tell how the cheese is made, ripened and stored, as well as hold a tasting so that everyone can personally taste, enjoy and buy these exquisite products.

7

Ugri

It's hard to believe, but not far from Lviv there is a winery called "Friend's Winery", where European grape varieties grow, from which a wonderful wine is made, which is not inferior in taste to Transcarpathian or Odesa counterparts. Red, pink and white wines of the Aligote, Riesling, Chardonnay, Merlot, Saperavi, Odesa Black and even the local Dublyansky varieties await discerning wine lovers.
