Once again, Ukrzaliznytsia has decided to offer couples a non-standard format for celebrating - romantic trips on special trains that will run in two major cities of Ukraine.

Romantic express from Ukrzaliznytsia: what is known about special trains

On Valentine's Day, the state-owned company Ukrzaliznytsia is launching special flights called the Romantic Express, which will run twice a day on February 14 and 15:

- Kyiv - at 14:45 and 19:10;

- Lviv - at 15:30 and 19:00.

Passengers will be offered a trip in a new luxury car with compartments for two, accompanied by romantic music and a real steam locomotive. The route is designed so that the trip starts and ends at the central stations of the cities, and the journey lasts just over two hours. Holiday trips are planned for Kyiv and Lviv, making this initiative accessible to residents and visitors of both cities.

Special attention was paid to the military: tickets are available for defenders of Ukraine through the Army+ app, and pleasant gifts from the carrier will be waiting for them in the compartment.

How to buy tickets and plan a romantic trip?

To get on the Romantic Express, you don't need to look for special services - tickets are already available in standard train ticketing apps. Since the number of seats on these holiday trains is limited, it is better to plan your trip in advance and not to postpone the purchase until the last minute.

Tickets can be purchased in the official Ukrzaliznytsia app, and for the military they are also available in the Army+ app. When searching for a flight, it is important to choose the right route: in Kyiv, you need to specify the direction Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi - Kyiv-Romantic, and in Lviv - Lviv - Lviv-Romantic. These names correspond to special holiday flights.

When planning your trip, you should consider the departure time and duration of the route to plan your evening program in advance. This travel format is suitable for both a small celebration for two and an original surprise for Valentine's Day.
