Financial aid for Ukrainians from the French organization ACTED: how to get UAH 6600

The international French foundation ACTED offers financial assistance to Ukrainian citizens. We will tell you who is eligible and how to get it.


The organization provides financial support to IDPs who left the following regions:


 Donetsk region;

 Luhansk region;

 Sumy region;

• Kharkiv region;

• Mykolaiv region;

 Chernihiv region;

• Kherson region;

 Zaporizhzhia region. 


Payments are provided for IDPs who meet the following vulnerability criteria:


- single mothers or fathers raising children on their own;

- elderly people over 60 years of age;

- families with many children;

- families raising children with disabilities;

- families with immobile people who need outside care, as well as pregnant and lactating women;

- families whose housing was damaged or destroyed due to hostilities.


What is the amount of financial assistance?


The amount of payments will be UAH 2,220 per person/month in a one-time payment for three months (i.e., the total amount of assistance is UAH 6,660).


How to participate? 


In order to be eligible for the payment, you must provide a passport, identification code, birth certificates of your child/children and bank card details (IBAN).


Please note! Applications are reviewed within a month. Ukrainians receive a message on their mobile phone from ACTED representatives confirming or denying the payment.

We remind you! Refugees from Ukraine temporarily residing in Poland can receive payments from the German Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe Foundation, which has recently resumed providing financial assistance. Read more about the amount of payments available here.
