Who is eligible for assistance?
Ukrainians who belong to one of two categories will receive a one-time payment:
1. Ukrainians who came to Cyprus within three months before the start of the full-scale war for tourist purposes.
2. Ukrainians who arrived in the country after February 24, 2024.
In order to confirm the date of their arrival, citizens must provide a passport with a stamp of arrival at the airport or port or a copy of a temporary residence permit (if available).
The documents are the same for Ukrainians belonging to both categories.
What if I do not belong to either category?
Such Ukrainians can still receive the payment. You need to submit an application and wait for a notification about the need to visit the Department of Population and Immigration, where residence permits are issued.
