How to get an international driving licence: detailed instructions for Ukrainians

How to get an international driving licence: instructions
You can exchange your national driving licence for an international one by contacting the nearest service centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. For this procedure, you need to prepare a set of the following documents:
- Copy and original of your national driving licence;
- Passport of a citizen of Ukraine. If you have an ID card without electronic confirmation of residence registration, you must additionally provide a certificate of residence registration;
- Foreign passport of a citizen of Ukraine;
- Photo 3.5×4.5 on matte paper;
- Receipt confirming payment for the service.
It is noted that this procedure may take up to 5 days.
The validity of an international driving licence is 3 years, but no longer than the validity of a national licence.

The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
Persons can visit hotels and stay there (outside hotel room) only if they wear respirator or face mask (including homemade mask), so that the nose and mouth are covered.
