26 day of the war: bombed out mall in Kyiv, the President's address to the Knesset

- In his daily speech President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky asserted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine fought back against the Russian forces that entered the Ukrainian territory, pretending to conduct "military exercises". Also, the President stated that he gave a speech to the Knesset, where he appealed to the people of Israel to help Ukraine, detailing that Israeli air-defense system is the best of its kind in the world;
- The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that in the night of March 21st a mall in Kyiv was bombarded by Russian Armed Forces. The windows in neighbouring buildings and the parked cars were damaged as well. As of now, eight people died due to the attack. At 11:40 AM the press office of SESU reported that the fire had been extinguished;
- The Minister of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereschuk stated that five drivers and a doctor from a humanitarian convoy had disappeared in Kharkiv region. Russian occupants have seized control of the humanitarian convoy which headed for Vovchansk, the city in the east of Ukraine. The residents haven't received the aid they needed due to enemy's criminal acts. Vereschuk added that the negotiations are being held in order to release Ukrainians from captivity.
