The war is ongoing, which means that threats to the capital and its residents remain likely. In this regard, Kyiv is preparing to conduct military exercises that will last for three days. This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv City Military Administration.

Roadblocks are being set up en masse in Kyiv: what is known

At the initiative of the KCMA, together with the city's defense forces, patrol and national police, and other structural units, the exercises will be held in different parts of the capital from December 25 to 28.

It is noted that as part of these exercises, enhanced screening of citizens will be conducted. The training program includes the deployment of temporary checkpoints, installation of restrictive signs and engineering barriers.

Participants will also practice procedures for checking vehicles, documents, and checkpoint security elements, including demonstration, search, and counter-sabotage activities.
