In the coming weeks, the Government of Canada will organize free charter flights for Ukrainians and their families from Poland. This was announced by the Minister of Immigration of Canada Sean Fraser to Ukrinform.

Charter flights will depart from Warsaw to Winnipeg, Manitoba (May 23), Montreal, Quebec (May 29) and Halifax, Nova Skosha (June 2). Each flight will accommodate up to 300 people, seats will be distributed according to the queue. Flights will be available only to those citizens who have already received a visa under the CUAET program.

The Canadian government will contact Ukrainians who have received these visas by e-mail with instructions on how to check in for these flights. Upon arrival in Canada, all passengers will be provided with accommodation for 14 days.
