1. Monitor water balance and always have water with you.

2. Use sunscreen and update it in time.

3. Avoid sun exposure during the hottest hours.

4. Refuse to go on open-air excursions from 11:00 to 18:00 (some famous tourist locations are even closed at this time, such as the Acropolis).

5. Postpone hiking in the mountains.

6. Put out cigarettes properly so as not to provoke forest fires.
