Starting in September 2024, Ukrainian citizens will be able to receive consular services in the city of Lodz, Poland. As reported on the Facebook page of the Embassy of Ukraine in Poland, the consular reception to meet the needs of Ukrainian citizens is currently being conducted by consuls from Warsaw in a test mode. This is a big event for many Ukrainians who temporarily stay in Poland or need help with documents.

Opening hours of the Consulate in Łódź


Reception is held at the following address: ul. Piotrkowska 77, Łódź. The office is open on the following schedule:

– Monday, Wednesday, Friday: from 10:00 to 15:00

– Tuesday, Thursday: from 10:00 to 12:00

Appointments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. To get a consultation or find out about changes in the schedule, you can call +48 693 494 279 (from 10:00 to 12:00).

Please note! Appointment hours are subject to change, so it is better to check the details before your visit.

What services are available?


Currently, several important services are available to Ukrainians, including:

1. Consultations on legal issues and protection of the rights of Ukrainian citizens.

2. Assistance in resolving issues related to obtaining consular actions.

3. Opportunity to apply for citizenship for children born in Poland.

It is expected that the list of services will be expanded in the future, allowing even more Ukrainians to resolve issues without having to travel to Warsaw or other major cities.

For the convenience of Ukrainians, there are also Honorary Consulates in Poland. They do not issue any documents on their own, but only act as an intermediary between the Consulate General of Ukraine and residents of a particular region.
