The Oberih register has started adding data on men aged 16 to 60 who have never been registered for military service or attended a military training centre. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Defence for Digitalisation Kateryna Chornohorenko in an interview with DOU.

How can the data of these people appear in the Register?

Previously, the Register did not contain information about those who have never been registered for military service and have not attended the CMC. But now this will change, as data exchange has been established between the Oberih register, the Unified Demographic Register and the State Migration Service system.

According to the pilot project, men aged 16-25 are registered automatically, and they do not need to apply to the CCC and undergo a medical examination. People aged 18 and over can already generate a military registration document in the Reserve+ mobile application.

Automatic registration of men aged 16-25 will last for a year. After that, the Ministry of Defence's digital team will prepare a report and, if the result is positive, regulate the process by law.

According to the document, if men aged 16-25 have disabilities or serious illnesses, they must submit documents to the military medical commission.

How will this help the military?

The pilot project was approved, in particular, to relieve the workload of the military medical commission. Now men of non-mobilisation age do not need to visit the territorial recruitment centre in person.

It should be noted that men who have already turned 25 must register in person, i.e. come to the TCC at the place of registration, where an employee will enter the data manually. They can only update their credentials remotely.

We remind you! The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has updated the criteria for reserving employees for mobilisation. In particular, according to the updated rules, 18 May is the date as of which the number of employees at the enterprise is recorded for reservation, which will allow companies not to reduce the number of employees reserved.
