Graduates of Ukrainian schools who have applied for documents on education in Poland can receive certificates at the Embassy of Ukraine in Poland.

Delivery of documents on education to graduates or their legal representatives will take place on receipt in accordance with the certificates received from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. You must have a passport with you or, if a legal representative receives a certificate, supporting documents (for example a passport and a birth certificate of a child, a court decision, etc.).

The entrance to the Embassy will be held according to the list received from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
