How to get school education documents for Ukrainian refugees in Poland?

Graduates of Ukrainian schools who have applied for documents on education in Poland can receive certificates at the Embassy of Ukraine in Poland.
Delivery of documents on education to graduates or their legal representatives will take place on receipt in accordance with the certificates received from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. You must have a passport with you or, if a legal representative receives a certificate, supporting documents (for example a passport and a birth certificate of a child, a court decision, etc.).
Before visiting the Embassy it is necessary to confirm the presence of the documents in the institution by sending a short question to the email address [email protected] indicating the last name, first name, and patronymic of the student.
The entrance to the Embassy will be held according to the list received from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
Persons can visit hotels and stay there (outside hotel room) only if they wear respirator or face mask (including homemade mask), so that the nose and mouth are covered.
Hotel guests are obliged to keep the 1.5 meters distance.
