Minimum age of the renter

• The minimum age of the driver is 21 years for economy, middle, business class cars and SUVs

• The minimum age of the driver must be at least 23 years old to rent a convertible or VIP-class car

• To rent a truck, you must be at least 25 years old, have a driving experience of 5 years or more, and have an open category “C”.

Insurance

All vehicles are insured under the policy of compulsory civil liability insurance and CASCO. Standard insurance does not cover the renter's liability in the event of a traffic accident or car theft. We recommend using the full insurance service to reduce liability to 0

Deposit

The amount of the deposit depends on the car class. The deposit is paid at the time of signing the rental agreement and is returned to the renter upon receipt of the car if all the clauses of the agreement are fulfilled. You can reduce the amount of the deposit by half or rent a car without a deposit using the full insurance service.

Booking fee

This amount will be deducted from the total rental amount when you receive the car. Please note that in case of cancellation of the reservation, the prepayment of 15 USD is not refundable! The term for returning the prepayment of 15 USD in case of cancellation due to the lack of a suitable car depends on a number of reasons, including those beyond the control of the company (bank, payment system) and can take from 14 to 30 working days.

Rates

VAT, maintenance and seasonal tire replacement are included in the rental price. The rental period starts from the moment the contract is signed. Delayed return for 2 hours or more is charged as the next rental day.

Payment of reserve

Please note that 15 USD prepayment is not refundable in case of cancellation! The period of refund of 15 USD prepayment in case of cancellation due to lack of suitable car depends on a number of reasons, including reasons beyond the control of the company (bank, payment system) and may take from 14 to 30 working days.

Car pickup in the city (at the client's address) is paid additionally in the amount of $15.
