Entry rules for Ukrainian citizens to Saint Kitts and Nevis
Ukrainians can travel to Saint Kitts and Nevis without a visa and stay in the country for up to 90 days. However, starting May 26, 2025, all visa-exempt travelers will be required to obtain an electronic travel authorization (eTA). This means that you must obtain an eTA before traveling, even if you do not need a visa.
Travel insurance is mandatory!
No one can predict what will happen during a trip, so medical insurance is your guarantee of safety. You can get it quickly and easily on the Visit Ukraine website. Don't put off important matters until later — take care of your safety now! Get insurance at the link.
How to apply for an eTA
What you need to apply:
- A valid passport (your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your planned date of arrival in Saint Kitts and Nevis and have at least one blank page).
- Proof of travel (you must have a flight reservation (both ways) and confirmation of your hotel or other accommodation).
- Photos (upload a photo of your passport and scan your face using a device).
- Access to email (after submitting your application, you will receive an electronic authorization, so it is important to have access to email).
Payment method
You can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Apple Pay, or Google Pay to pay the fee.
Step-by-step instructions for applying for an eTA:
1. Go to the official portal
Open the website www.knatravelform.kn/en or download the mobile app “St Kitts and Nevis e-Border” (for iOS and Android).
2. Fill out the form. Enter your personal details, travel information, and answer a few questions.
3. Upload a photo of your passport and other required documents.
4. Pay the application fee. The fee is $17.
5. Receive confirmation. Once your application has been successfully submitted, you will receive an electronic authorization (eTA) by email, which you can print out or save on your mobile device for presentation at the border.
Important points:
- It is recommended that you apply at least two weeks before your planned travel date.
- Children under 2 years of age are exempt from the eTA fee, but must apply separately.
- If you are unable to complete your application in one session, you can save it and continue later using the same device.
