Dniester Canyon National Nature Park, Ternopil region

The majestic canyon is about 250 kilometers long. At this picturesque location, you can see enchanting waterfalls, pools, and deep pits. This place is ideal for relaxation and merging with nature, as it is a real nature reserve with flora and fauna.

History buffs can plunge into the past and visit ancient castles located on the banks of the Dniester. Outdoor enthusiasts will find the park a great place for rafting and kayaking.

Lake Synevyr, Khust district, Zakarpattia region

The most picturesque and crystal clear lake in Ukraine, located in the middle of mighty mountain landscapes. The lake is surrounded by dense pine and beech forests. Synevyr is located at an altitude of 989 meters above sea level.

Manyavsky waterfall, Bohorodchany district, Ivano-Frankivsk region

A majestic 20-meter waterfall with 3 cascades, located among rocky mountains. This is a real miracle of nature, surrounded by centuries-old spruce, moss and fern.

The location is perfect for rebooting and immersing yourself in local myths and legends. There is a rafting center on the shore for those who like active recreation.

• Optimistic Cave, Korolivka village, Ternopil region

The world's longest cave, which is even included in the Guinness Book of Records. The Optimistic Cave was formed about 200 million years ago.

• Subotiv village, Cherkasy region

The village of Subotiv is a real historical heritage of our country, the birthplace of Ukrainian Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytsky.

By order of the hetman, St. Elias Church was built in 1653. It is this church that we can now see on the 5-hryvnia bill. Nearby is the castle of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, which protected the Cossacks from enemy attacks. Also in Subotiv, you can visit the Three Wells monument, which is widely known for the healing properties of holy water.

 Khotyn Fortress, Khotyn, Chernivtsi region

Khotyn Fortress is one of the most famous monuments of Ukrainian history, which has existed for almost 700 years. This fortress was created to defend against Mongol attacks.

The fortress immediately fascinates with its majestic towers and buildings that will take you back to medieval times.

 Zhovkva, Lviv region

Zhovkva is a small town in western Ukraine that preserves historical architectural monuments from the Renaissance to Baroque and Classicism.

The most popular locations among tourists are Zhovkva Castle, St. Lawrence Church, Basilian Monastery Complex, and Zhovkva Town Hall.

•  Lubart's Castle, Lutsk, Volyn region

A legendary Renaissance and Gothic castle built in Volyn in the fifteenth century by order of Prince Lubart.  It is this castle that we can see today on the 200-hryvnia bill.

The building consists of two parts - the Upper and Lower castles. Unfortunately, the Lower Castle is almost completely destroyed, but the Upper Castle still stands majestically.

Buky Landscape Park, Buky village, Kyiv region

A picturesque park with a huge number of green trees, flowers, and bushes stretches on the banks of the Rostavitsa River. You can also see various sculptures, fountains, a temple complex and a manor house while walking along the park's paths.

A mini-zoo is open to visitors in the park, and if you climb up to the Church of St. Eugene, you can observe an unforgettable view.
