Cancellation of discounted travel for Ukrainians in Prague: what is known
From now on, the Prague Integrated Transport System and the Prague Transport Company will no longer sell discounted public transport tickets for Ukrainian refugees.
We are talking about a three-month HN2 travel pass for CZK 444, which was designed for people with financial difficulties and Ukrainians with temporary protection status.
This tariff for refugees expires on 30 June.
It is noted that it is still possible to purchase a discounted travel pass for a month at a price of 165 CZK. But it can only be purchased until 30 June, as the sale will be suspended after that.
Despite the fact that there have been no official statements from Prague transport companies yet, the end of the sale of discounted travel passes for Ukrainians was spelled out in the Prague Integrated System Tariffs published on 1 April.
