Consular registration of refugee children in Poland became available online

From now on, refugee children from Ukraine can be registered at the consulate in Poland online. Children, who have gone abroad with one of their parents without the consent of the other parent or accompanied by a relative authorized by one of the parents, are subject to mandatory consular registration. To register a child you need:

1) a photo of 35x45 mm with the image of the child's face (in electronic form so that it can be downloaded through the site);

2) scan / photo of the child's passport in case of its presence (or other document according to which the border was crossed);

3) scan / photo of the applicant's passport or other document on which the border was crossed;

4) scan / photo of the child's birth certificate;

5) if the application is submitted not by one of the child's parents, but by another person - a document confirming family ties or authority (if any).

Consular registration applies to children under the age of 16 who have left for Poland since 24 February 2022. Such children will be registered for a period of 1 year (365 days) from the date of application. If you are planning to move to another country, it is better to register where you plan to live. If you plan to return to Ukraine, travel to a third country or change your place of residence in Poland, you must promptly inform the Consulate of Ukraine by e-mail:
