When you think Italian coffee is too bitter and you're looking for something new, baristas recommend trying specialty coffee. Kosht.media has put together a small selection of specialty coffee producers from all over Ukraine.

We tell you about offers for every budget and interesting stories of the formation of coffee masters from Zakarpattia to Kharkiv.

The best Ukrainian coffee brands

Specialty coffee, or as it is also called, specialty coffee, is the highest quality Arabica, which accounts for only 10% of the world's total production. This coffee is usually served without sugar because it has a unique flavor that can vary depending on the temperature of the drink.

For example, you can taste bright fruity notes, floral aroma, or even honey sweetness. Sometimes you can recognize the taste of ripe pear, juicy apple, exotic fruit, or even milk chocolate in a cup of coffee. Depending on the method of coffee processing, the drink may also contain tea notes and even alcoholic hints.

Specialty coffee is becoming more and more popular every day, and even large retail chains are starting to offer it. There are many companies in Ukraine that actively search for unique coffee abroad, import it, roast it, and offer it for sale.
