A D-10 visa to Ukraine for a volunteer is issued exclusively by appointment at the Embassy, Consulate or visa center. Mostly in the countries where there are visa centers of Ukraine, the application for a D-10 visa for a volunteer is carried out exclusively in them (such countries are Moldova, Turkey, the Netherlands, England, etc.). In countries where there are no visa centers, visa applications are submitted at the Embassy and Consulate of Ukraine.

At the same time, anyone applying for a volunteer visa should understand that certain requirements apply not only to the applicant who intends to obtain the document, but also to the organization that engages the foreign volunteer.

Only organizations that meet the legal requirements can engage volunteers in their activities.

1. The organization must be included in the register of non-profit organizations and this must be confirmed by a relevant extract from this register or a decision to enter this register.

2. The constituent documents of the Organization must meet all tax requirements for non-profit organizations

After the information is published on the website of the National Social Service, such an Organization is assigned a number, and information about the head, location and means of communication with the Organization is publicly announced.

It is not possible to obtain a D-10 visa for a volunteer to Ukraine on the basis of volunteering for an organization without the latter being published on the website of the National Social Service.

Our lawyers will be able to check whether the information about your Organization is published on the website of the National Social Service, as well as help you prepare all the necessary documents and send them for the publication of information about your Organization on the website of the National Social Service.
