Who can apply for a grant?
Individuals who plan to start a sole proprietorship, existing sole proprietors, and legal entities can apply for the grant. To apply, you must meet the following requirements:
– not to reside or work in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine;
– not to work in the territory of russia;
– not to be under sanctions;
– not to have any bankruptcy proceedings pending;
– not to be prosecuted for corruption;
– not have any debts to the budget;
– not to manufacture and/or sell weapons, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, or engage in currency exchange;
– not be credit, insurance organizations, investment, non-state pension funds, professional securities market participants, pawnshops.
How to apply for a grant online and offline?
Submitting an application online
1. Register or log in to the citizen's account using BankID or an electronic signature.
Please note: if you are a sole proprietor or a legal entity, you must use the key of the sole proprietor or the head of the legal entity from the company's EDRPOU.
2. Fill out the online application and attach the business plan in the prescribed form. You can download a sample on the Diia portal.
3. Sign with an electronic signature and submit the application.

What should the applicant do after submitting the application?
The State Employment Center will review the application within 15 business days after the deadline for submitting grant applications. Diia will notify you of the result. If the State Employment Center approves your application, contact Oschadbank within 20 business days to open an account and conclude a microgrant agreement.
