The State Migration Service of Ukraine (SMS) has introduced an electronic queue for convenient and fast service delivery, which reduces waiting times and helps to plan a visit in advance. This initiative is part of the efforts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (MIA) to improve the accessibility of services for citizens.

What is the electronic queue at the SMS?

The electronic queue is a system that allows citizens to make an appointment to receive services at SMS offices. This approach reduces the number of waits in queues and provides convenience for visitors.

In addition, you can pay for services online when you sign up for the electronic queue, which makes the process even more convenient. If your plans change, you don't need to cancel your appointment yourself - the system will automatically cancel your appointment if you don't show up at the specified time.

How do I use the electronic appointment?

To register in the electronic queue, follow these steps:

1. Go to the official website of the State Migration Service and find the section “Electronic Queue”.

2. Select the category of service you need.

3. Indicate the place, date and time of the service.

4. Add your contact information - after registration, you will receive an SMS with information about your number in the queue.

5. Pay the mandatory fee during registration - payment can be made at any bank or through a terminal at the SMS office.

6. Receive the service at the selected branch by arriving with the necessary documents at the specified time.

It is important to remember that the electronic queue system does not allow for lateness. If you are not at the place of the call at the time of the invitation, the appointment is automatically canceled.
