About tour

We are greeted by the amazing "Ckeli Dovbush". The "Rocks of Dovbush" are known not only as a natural monument but also as an important historical object. It has been established that this rock-cave complex was already used by people in the 10th century as a residence and a fortress. Cave rooms have all the signs of human habitation: clear geometric shapes, correct proportions, level surfaces of vertical walls, rectangularity, and clean wall decoration. Also, in the X-XII centuries. there was a pagan temple, a "kind of" paleo observatory. After the spread of Christianity, a small hermitage arose on the site of the pagan sanctuary, and later a guarded fortress. It was probably one of the strongholds with which the Galician prince Yaroslav Osmomysl, according to the author of "Words about Igor's regiment", supported the Hungarian mountains. This fortress survived the Mongol-Tatar invasion and lasted until the 16th century.

After visiting the amazing "Rock of Dovbush", we will go for a ride on the Carpathian tram. The Carpathian tram departs from the village of Vyhoda and runs along the Mizunka River. We will pass by houses of residents, fields, forest clearings and river banks. During stops, you can swim in mountain water, taste water from clean healing springs, and simply enjoy the beauty of waterfalls. Along the way, the tour guide will tell interesting stories in which real events and legends are woven into one strange picture. After a short stop, we will continue our route, past the spring "Dzyurkach" and go to the sanatorium "Dzherelo Prykarpattia", where cosmonauts once underwent rehabilitation. Here, tourists can visit suspension bridges over the Mizunka River, and buy souvenirs with the Carpathian tram symbol.

We will visit one of the largest and most beautiful lakes of the Ukrainian Carpathians - Lake Synevyr. It is also called "Sea Eye" and "Pearl of the Carpathians". Lake Synevyr looks like a huge eye if you look at its satellite photo. The lake is at an altitude of 989 meters above sea level, its average depth is 10-12 meters, and the maximum depth reaches 24 meters. In 1989, Synevyr National Park was created in the territories around the lake.12:49
