About this tour

Walk to the Trufanets waterfall. It is the highest waterfall in Transcarpathia and originates at an altitude of over 1700 meters. We will also visit Solotvyno Lake, which is called the "Carpathian Dead Sea". We will have a rest in the "Lark" in Beregovo. The secret is that the water that fills the pools of the complex comes directly from wells 1200 meters deep. That is, it is not subjected to technical or chemical treatment. And thanks to this, guests of the complex have the opportunity to experience the healing power of thermal water. We will also visit a very cool complex "Black Mountain". It is located between rocky mountains at the foot of the Black Mountain on the right bank of the Tisa River. There are many trees nearby. That is why this place is so often called paradise by visitors.

The depth of the lake on the territory of the complex is about 8 meters. It is located between rocky mountains at the foot of Chorna Hora on the right bank of the Tisza River. There are many trees nearby. That is why this corner is so often called paradise by visitors. There are many gazebos on the shore of the lake. Near each wooden gazebo, there is a barbecue for self-cooking of your favourite meat and sheep dishes. There are also sunbeds and umbrellas near the lake.

2

Trufanetsky waterfall

It is the highest waterfall in Transcarpathia and originates at an altitude of more than 1,700 meters at the foot of the Blyznytsia mountain. The height of the waterfall in it reaches 35 m. The cascades of the Trufanets stream fall violently from the rocky cliffs, thereby creating an incredibly beautiful sight, breaking into a million droplets! The stream, which in the lowlands becomes a loud waterfall, begins to flow at an altitude of about 1,720 meters above sea level, from the southeastern slopes of Svidovets. Before falling into the Black Tisza, the Trufanets stream overcomes about 3 km of mountains, and another 230 m flows underground.

3

Chateau Chizai

This is not just an opportunity to taste wines in one of the old cellars of Transcarpathia, it is much more! This is an immersion into the world of modern high-quality viticulture and winemaking. You will get pleasure, and also - knowledge, and spend time with benefit. A standard wine tasting includes a tour of the territory of Chateau Chizay, a tour of the "Museum of Winemaker Chizay", visits to the wine cellar, a visit to aged wines, and a wine tasting by a professional sommelier.
