Tour plan


1 day: departure from Lviv (09:00) from Stryi (10:00) - Chynadiyevo (tour of St. Miklos Castle, lunch) - Kosyno (swimming in thermal pools) - Berehovo district (check-in at the green tourism estate at 20:30, dinner).


Day 2: breakfast and departure (08:00) - Botar (tasting jam and sausages) - Iza (excursion to Highland Ranch with snail tasting, excursion to a deer farm, lunch) - Velyatino (swimming in the thermal pool) - Beregovo volcanic lowlands (wine tasting) - Beregovo district. (return to the estate at 20:30, dinner).


Day 3: breakfast and departure (08:00) - Mukachevo (city tour and 5-hour stay in the Karpaty water park) - Perechyn (cheese tasting)  - Vyshka (check-in at the hotel at 19:30, dinner).


Day 4: Breakfast and departure (08:00) - Lumshory (bathing in vats) - Voyevodyno (walk in Schönborn Park) - Perechyn (lunch-tasting of Transcarpathian dishes) - Kostryna (inspection of a wooden church) - Vyshka (return to the hotel at 20:30, dinner).


Day 5: Breakfast and departure (08:00) - Nevytske (tour of the castle) - Barvinok (swimming in thermal pools and lunch) - Verkhnya Hrabivnytsia (tour of the bunker) - Lviv (return at 22:30).


Accommodation.

Rural tourism estates in Berehove district:

Accommodation takes place in cozy estates. Rooms: 2-bed and 3-bed (with private facilities in the corridor).

Mini-hotels, Vyshka village, Velykyi Bereznyi district:

Rooms are 2-4-bed with private facilities on the floor.


Food


Day 1

Breakfast

You can have breakfast at home, take a snack with you, or have breakfast while the bus is parked at a catering establishment of your choice.

Lunch.

Menu: bograch, baked dumplings with potatoes with mushroom sauce, cabbage salad, bread, compote. Price: 150 UAH.

Dinner.

In the estates upon return and consists of Hungarian national cuisine: chicken broth with chiga, Magyar cabbage rolls, Hungarian sweets, wine/palinka, compote. The cost is 140 UAH per person.


Day 2

Breakfast

Menu: sausage, cheese, langosh with jam (similar to pancakes), butter, bread, coffee/tea. The price is 90 UAH per person.

Lunch on the 2nd day will be held at the Highland Ranch cafe. Menu: borscht, banosh with salad and cheese, summer salad, bread, lemonade of our own production. The cost is 150 UAH.

Dinner takes place in the estates. Menu: tashkotlevesh, torgonya with gravy, sweets, wine/vodka, compote. The price is 140 UAH per person.


Day 3

Breakfast

In estates, the usual European one. The cost is 90 UAH per person.

Lunch takes place in the Smerekova Hata restaurant. Menu: Carpathian hodgepodge, mashed potatoes with pork goulash, beetroot salad, bread, Carpathian tea. Price: 150 UAH,

Dinner takes place in the cafe of your hotel in the form of a holiday "Boyko's fun".


We sincerely invite all guests to attend this holiday, where you will be able to better understand the customs and culture of Transcarpathia and, in particular, the Boyky. The folklore ensemble "Goyni Boiky" will entertain guests with a festive program, folk and pop songs, dances, and games.

Cost of the program with dinner: 230 UAH/person, the cost of the program without dinner is 120 UAH.

Note: Boyko fun takes place if there is a group of 30 or more people willing to participate.

Dinner menu: Ukrainian borsch, pancakes with porcini mushrooms and sour cream, Korean carrot salad, sweet treat, bread, tea.


Day 4

Breakfast is served in mini-hotels in the village of Vyshka, a typical European breakfast. The cost is 90 UAH.

Lunch will be held in the tavern "Pidkova" in Perechyn. Perechyn in the form of a lunch-tasting, during which you will enjoy the most interesting Transcarpathian dishes. The proposed menu:

shovdar (smoked pork ham),

poprigashka (three types of bacon), kerezet (cheese spread),

picnic (homemade sausage),

sauerkraut (paradise tomatoes, vogurki, oyster mushrooms, cabbage),

seasoned pasola (bean zoupa topped with sour cream),

banosh, strapachki with mushroom omachki (potato dumplings with gravy),

baked on a fire krompli (baked potatoes),

pounded pasola (fried beans),

home-style fresh meat, gurka (sausage with filling),

palachinta with jam (pancake with jam),

slyvovytsia (a cheerful Transcarpathian water), bread, and uzvar.

The cost is 250 UAH per person.

Dinner will be served in mini-hotels in the village of Vyshka after check-in. The cost is 140 UAH.


In case of adverse weather conditions (ice, heavy snowfall, poor visibility, etc.), the SPA complex "Uzhanski Kupeli" can be replaced by a visit to the Arpad line bunker in the village of Verkhnya Hrabivnytsia (Arpad line bunker: general, pensioner - 100 UAH; students - 70 UAH; schoolchildren - 35 UAH; ATO participants - 45 UAH; preschool children - free of charge).
